GA’s new front-end web development course
The Kernel has secured eight scholarships for General Assembly’s Front-End Web Development course.
In our continuing quest to bring value to our subscribers we’re delighted to share details of a front-end web scholarship available for Kernel members. Here are some details about the course, which is run by our friends at General Assembly London.
What do Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs have in common? They knew how to code, and built their earliest products by hand. And no matter how large your team is today, recent NYC transplant General Assembly is offering the skills you need to build something yourself.
If you’re a businessperson with a solid startup idea or talented graphic designer who wants to do interactive work, basic programming skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript are essential. That’s why GA is launching a 10-week course in Front End Web Development that will teach beginners in London how to understand web development best practices, build their own prototypes, and launch websites that people love to use.
The program begins on 22 May and meets twice a week in the evenings for a total of 60 hours of hands-on, project based instruction. Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis until May 10th. Apply now and turn your goal of learning to code into a reality.
Applications are now closed.
